STEA applying process

    Hi all,

    My employment will be ending soon and I will apply for Jobseeker’s Benefit.

    I would like to start a business and I read out about STEA. It might be me, but I could not understand very well the application process.

    Is this the process:
    1. Get JB
    2. Meet a Case Officer
    3. Submit Business Plan
    4. If successful, get STEA

    Is this it? Do you know the turnaround time?
    What is the process to arrange a meeting with the case officer?
