Land rental?

    Hello,

I am a horticulture enthusiast from North County Dublin and I am interested in renting some land for small commercial growing of chili peppers and some rare types of trees. I am looking to rent a small plot from between 0.25 to 1 acre in North County Dublin. I don't mind if the land is over grown as I would be more than happy to clear it for a good deal.

If anyone knows someone who would be interested in letting some land please let me know.

I looked on the likes of daft.ie and property.ie but there doesn't seem to be any listings for agricultural land rental.

Also if anyone has any information or tips on this type of venture it would be much appreciated!

    Thank you.

For something that small you're really looking at an allotment,
though trees are a pretty hard to plan crop for rented land.
How long are you hoping to rent it for?

There's a lot of allotments in that area and some of them are allowing sale of produce now,
so your commercial plans may not rule them all out. It might be a good place to start.

Most land listings will be for 20 acres and up, so you might have to do a bit of footwork
or advertise what you're looking for in shops and garages in areas you can reach easily.

    Good luck with it!
