Anpr cameras on Rice bridge

Could be late to this does anyone know anything about the ANPR cameras installed on the bridge. I only noticed them this morning for the first time on the train station side of the bridge.

Are you sure they're ANPR? I hadn't actually noticed them this morning but went back on the dashcam and saw them.

There's one on the roundabout at Walsh park and Newtown rd roundabout too,thought they were traffic management myself
