PCI-DSS noncompliance reporting

    Hello,

    I have a feeling one of my so called secure gateway payment online takers are not using an up to date PCI-DSS certificate or compliance.
    Their stamp on the website stats tiem being 2009 !
    When i reported back to them two years ago, they said "thanks you for informing us,we will work on it"
    Fast forward today,February 2020 and is still the same,2009 time stamp.

    Asked them to provide me a certificate,they ruthly replied that are not obliged to provide it to customers.

    Any ideea where can i search and lodge a complaint,please ?!
