Replacing the four twin fluorescent lighting units in my sheep/hay shed

    I wish to replace the four twin fluorescent lighting units in my sheep/hay shed (which are about 10 years old) with new LED units. I obtained quote attached to replace the individual tubes with led tubes and for completely new units. See attached, any advice on how I should proceed?
