I cancelled my subscription as I wasnt prepared to pay the hiked Turkish price.

Tried to re-subscribe for the Ad version using Google Pay buy it wont let me pay using that on the App, its sending an email to redirect me to pay on the website.

so for some reason all profiles on turkey a/c cleared except for one, still working for now til early may. I guess . Signed up for the 1.99 deal but that account does not play anything only signed in on one lg tv, opens but won’t play .

Disney+ Uk has a deal going at the moment, £1.99 per month for 4 months standard with ads (new and returning subscribers)

I cancelled my Turkish subscription because of the hike but found a deal on HUKD that works for Romanian - its still not very cheap at around 5.89 for ad free per month but better than nowt.

Works best on laptop or PC. Use a VPN - some can be a bit hit miss but I think free Tunnelbear works to change location to Romania - and then go to Netflix and sign up. You can use Revolut and it doesn't ask for a Romanian mobile number. If in doubt or encountering issues search HUKD for the thread.

How are people getting around the household sharing issue who are sharing there account here? I have it shared across 4 households of family members (incl mine) and all 3 other than me are getting the “are you away from home” message. I keep giving them the code but they are stopping that now saying you have used up all your chances to say you are away from home (or something like that).

Well it stands to reason that the providers will always be just one step behind the non-legit (ie different household) sharers. With the amount of data we are all seemingly willing providing to every entity who's interested in tracking, it's not surprising that Disney smells a rat and the algorithm acts when it thinks the terms and conditions are being 'stretched'.

Unfortunately they are all clamping down on sharing now. IPTV just gets more popular with everyone when they can't access the various streamers for a reasonable price

Tailscale with exit node is the best way around this but while straightforward when setup, it’s not beginner & technically friendly to configure initially. Ideally all users need to be using Android or Apple TV steaming boxes, rather than built in TV apps or Sky, Virgin box
