Waterside - Swords or Malahide?

I remember when Waterside was first developed back 15 years ago or so they sold the address as Malahide and then it was changed back to Swords by some decision therefore knocking off value to some houses. I just had a link come up on Facebook advertising new houses in Waterside and they have the address down as Malahide.…

I thought that was the other way around?

The guy from some TV3 reality show was from Tallaght, but said Tallaght-hide to make it sound posh? I could be wrong, I'm not sure I remember it correctly.

Technically locaed in Swords but developer made a case to an Post to put it in Malahide. So it magically became Malahide, presumably in order to add 100k to the prices of the units. But historically that part of the road was always Swords up until then.

Seabury is in the Yellow Walls townland which is part of Malahide - other estates like Millview and Ard Na Mara are also in Yellow Walls.
