bad nerves

    does anyone know what it is or if they have it , i tremble and start shaking talking to people i don’t know , the worst part is i can’t laugh anymore physically can’t , i find it really hard to smile and i put on a really awkward laugh if i do a forced laugh

    Are you perhaps a very heavy introvert or do you struggle with anxiety? These would be the first things that come to mind.

    This is not the place to give a diagnosis but I would recommend you chat to your GP about it, it could be a form of anxiety and they will be best placed to help.
