Where to give away incontinence pull ups?

I have a lot of these in packets but not boxes, HSE took back the boxes but not packs and am wondering where could I give them to that would them to good use? Ideally I'd like to give them to someone who presently has to pay for them but I know most people who need them get them free through HSE
