This week joining Ryan will be comedian Andrew Maxwell to talk about Brexit, middle age and his time in the jungle.

Dancing With The Staff Stars contestants Kai Widdrington and Brian Dowling will talk about being the first same sex couple to dance on the show.

Philippa and Helen Ryder will join Ryan to talk about starting out as husband and wife, Philippa's transition to female, and why they are still a happily committed couple,

Laura DeBarra will be on to put Ireland's worst DIY'ers through their paces.

Octogenarian Instagram sensation Eileen Smith will join Ryan along with her Style Counsellors co-host, Suzanne Jackson, to discuss their newfound friendship which developed during filming for their current fashion series.

He'll also be joined by some of the Irish Olympic hopefuls, including the first Irish entrant in taekwondo.

Music comes from Michael English and also The Lost Brothers

I use to be amused at how bad the LLS was, then I was disinterested. Then annoyed and now sad.
We are paying for this. How do the producers live with themselves? It must be like just clocking in to a factory to work on a conveyor belt just looking to get through the week.

Over in the radio forum there is a thread to log any 'liveline gold' as it happens, it would be interesting to do something similar and see at the seasons end what was the worse episode in terms of lineup or maybe repeat guests over a year or two, maybe what % is misery/rte staff or something.

I say this as i would find it interesting to see but would not have the stomach to torture myself maintaining it and wouldnt want anybody else to suffer as such either.
I've been out on the sauce the last few fridays so havnt been following but seeing tonight's line up would drive me back to the drink
