Gym's in Dundalk

Hi all, I am looking for a gym in dundalk to do mostly strength training for a reasonable price without being too busy, does anyone recommend any in particular? I dropped into "the gym" beside lidl and it was ok but quite small and busy, wondering if there is any other decent options?
