Hi. I'm currently looking at building a house and thinking about using an air to water heat pump system with underfloor heating. I've been told that this will leave me with electricity Bill's around €400. Is this true as I though underfloor heat systems were cheaper to run in the long term?

Is what true? The running cost of your new house with absolutely no detail supplied or that "underfloor heat systems were cheaper to run in the long term".

If the latter, then cheaper than what exactly.
