10kwp in the shade makes for some pretty brutal numbers, still FIT covered the bill so can't complain

6.5kw system, south facing Limerick…160.85kw/h, down from 267.85 last Nov. 5.79 mwh for the YTD, last year was 6.06. Exported very little back to the grid in November and had a few car charges aswell…still, 2 years in having the solar panels, happy with the return, will look at getting a battery next year.

bill for the month incl. standing charge is €116. without solar it would have been €153.

Worst December since install for me

Very few days hitting 4kWh. I do get a lot of shading this time of year, bear this in mind if comparing

Practically nothing exported, and the battery was clearly not sufficient for the extra holiday at home load

In real money this chipped away at the credit, plus I'm back to a standard 15% discount😬

December 2024 108kWh from a 9kwp 22 panel E/W split which is about the same output as 2 good days in June. December last year was 122kWh- E/W really doesn't perform that well in the depths of winter.
