Wordpress admin issues on Gomo network

Wordpress site on godaddy, admin keeps timing out along with webmail, after an hour and one trace route later according to godaddy support at least the issue is with the isp in this case Gomo, as there pretty much uncontactable more info on this would be very helpful thanks.

All sorted got chatting to Gomo support on twitter and problem is now solved, still no idea what the problem was and hopefully i never see it again anyhow all the grief gomo have been getting of late, i for one have zero complaints and i have been with them since launch.
