Get your doctor to send letter on the procedure you need. You pay for consultant, you then get a date and pay on the day in full (they may do instalments but unsure).

Depends on what you are getting done as different areas are under different people.

The same way it works in a doctors surgery. They give you an invoice or tell you how much it costs and you pay with cash or card and get a receipt.

The most common of all, would anyone like to hazzard a guess what the consultant surgeon might charge, or say probably between X and X amount, just to have a guide price at this stage.

Consultants vary but around €150 for first visit is normal and €4 for parking.
