    Hi all

What is the general consensus on the above, are they worth the larger membership fees?

Currently work out on my own but am tempted to try F45 and see if it lives up to the hype!

whats the hype? 45secs on 15secs off on all the hard stuff from crossfit that doesn't require any coaching

I have never done CrossFit either, I am wondering if either of the above are worth the membership fees.

All F45s give a weeks free trial. Why not apply for that and see what you think. I did it when I had a week off and loved it. Would have stuck with it if the timetable suited me.
    CrossFit is great too.
The only problem I have with these class based and more expensive gyms is the incredible stress I feel when paying extra but not making classes. It’s completely counter productive but that’s an entirely personal situation. It may not bother most people.

I guess the stress is what makes people get up early to make the classes! Wasn't aware all F45s give trials, that is probably the best way to figure out if it is worth it - thanks mate.
