Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Bought my son a 2 d hand Switch. Fortnite and Mario Smash Bros were downloaded onto it but the seller deleted the "progress" And untethered it from his account. I had tested it before and Fortnite seemed to work as it was showing the free version that you get anyway. Now we can't get anywhwre with these 2 games- son particularly perturbed 're the Mario game.

    Is there any way to reinstall/ get these games working or is that it?

    Fortnite is a free game so just download it from the store again.

    Smash Brothers is most likely linked to the sellers account so if he's delinked his account from the Switch access to the game will be revoked.

    How much did you pay for it?
