Bedside in KL. Its 3.44 am and am wide awake. Fought sleep until 9 pm hoping to get my jetlag/body clock back in order after about an hour's sleep on my almost 13 hours flight. Dammit.

Have so much work to do today and the rest of the week as well as shopping for groceries and a stove coz stupid horrible apartment my boyfriend got has no stove. I can't live on takeaways like him coz of my allergies. I need to cook. There isn't even a feckin microwave.

Really don't like this apartment but too broke after Christmas for any other options at the moment so have to suck it up.

    Grumpy Witchie alert.

Glad you got back safely , and no doubt you both are delighted to be back together again !

Home , with feet up :D

I'd happily crawl up the arse of an emu or alpaca if it meant I could permanently stop working. :D

Oh. Was just catching up and laughed at this for about five minutes. That is brilliant. Legend!

At homeside. About to be productive (by which I mean putting on a wash while dancing around to music).

Welcome home Witchie! Dunno why, but microwave is almost a dirty word here. And as for kettles.. ! It’s like -

    “How do you make tea?”

Answer - “Why would we make tea?”

    Me - ??? *Head explodes.

Yup. Same dude. We are together almost 2 years and I didn't miss him as much as I feel I should have but was so happy to see him at the airport. Confused.

I suppose will see how it goes in next week or so.

Still awake. Thought applying for jobs would send me to sleep but I was wrong.

BA. They are pretty much the least hassle when it comes to my allergies. That said, despite a few announcements, I had to ask the Scottish couple across from me to stop eating peanut m&ms about an hour before KL.

I always bring my own food, usually some salad, bread, a pot noodle/pasta/soup that I am not allergic to so that only have to hassle the flight attendants for a bit of hot water for it. This time I had a koka noodles which I didn't bother eating and some bread which is sitting in my lunchbox looking at me still and 3 Quorn sausage rolls. I ate the sausage rolls. 2 for dinner, 1 for breakfast. It's such a freaking nightmare flying with allergies.

    Fell asleep on the couch.
A wakened now by a dog looking to get out to do his business.

not much chance of you getting one tho...

Big religous day ( epiphany ) here. Treated like our Easter.

Must say they are great at putting on low key free public ents. Every evening since Christmas there has been something or other in an open air public space.

Tonight on Plaza Espana as dusk fell Kim Simmons and band played away. Even this old geezer thinks shes pretty good ( That I was about 10ft stage left might have helped. :D )

They are divils for painting murials on walls as the attached illustrates

I also fell asleep on the couch earlier..I'm trying to get the older ones to go to bed..it was like a silent movie here this morning, too tired to even argue with each other ,they've been nocturnal over Christmas..I'm going to watch a bit of the globes and then leaba land,I'm shattered.
