    Just out of radox bath, face mask done, lotto bought online, love the windy weather outside, bought pizza bases today so will throw something in the oven. Yeah will have a vino as well the wine club delivery arrived Friday. Cosy night.

    :pac: ha no, just was joking last night that it was the most exciting thing I did all day was load the dishwasher. I just wanted to clear that up in case I become known as the weirdo who has a penchant for dishwasher tabs! :D
    Mind, I'll probably never look at a dishwasher tablet the same way again now after this :pac:

    No idea, try accommodation and property.

    Just noticed it's for you, the fees will cancel out the costs of home insurance and external maintenance. The build quality can be iffy here though and storage space is an issue. Think long and hard about it.

    I don't live in an apartment but Few grand a year I think from what I've read in accommodation forum and elsewhere, some of the management companies are fierce cheeky with their rates.

    Look up daft and myhome, they generally list management fees. It'll give you a ballpark figure. If you've an area in mind you can narrow it down further.
