I actually might punt on Zaha

He'll be nailed on, at home, already beat WHU 2-1 earlier in the season.

A risk but need to make some gains and could be a decent week to do it.

    Roberto might be starting
If we hear he is I’ll be captaining zaha

Really undecided, but might actually be the week for Lundstram (WAT)

It's between Rashford (my captain last week who hasn't scored since I bought him) and Zaha for me.

If the ban gets overturned, maybe Son :P

Richarlison for the punt or Alli for the revenge against Brighton after being beaten by Chelsea.

    That is an issue alright.

Double down on Rashford I think.

Mané. Scored in his last 3 vs Leicester. And Leicester looked poor against City

    They look a little jaded
I’m probably going to sell Madison after that game

Uncaptained Vardy and gave it to Rashford last game week. Bought in Son. Last week was a pain in the hole for me. 2 more game weeks for a mini league between myself and a few from work . Only a few points in front .. got to get it right this week or I'm done!!

All I'll say is, Watford don't seem to be mugs under Pearson.

Should've scored a couple against Liverpool, and schooled Utd.

    Probably Mané.

He'll possibly be rested, he went off with cramp against Leicester

    Salah all the way

Surely Sheff United would be the one he is rested in

Preferably but depends if the knock needs that extra 2 days off.

Might just put it back on Vardy, he's the only one I trust at the moment.

Vardy all the way. Livarpool will surely be feeling fatigued from flying halfway across the world and surely their luck has to end some time

    Lol.

    Luck.

Merry Christmas all, and I'm going for Salah.

    Talk me out of zaha
Then talk me out of Richarlison
And then tell me who to captain out of Alli , Abraham or Vardy :D

Do to work why I never consider mane ......

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,880 ✭✭✭✭dahat

It's either Rashford or Mane for me.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,387 ✭✭✭franglan

Tammy for me as a Dif. Have Ali, Vardy and Mane in that order too.

Alli is 15% owned and Abraham is 35% owned so Alli would be your differential.

Alli it is for me, least punty of my options

Genuinely can’t remember a week I’ve changed captain so many times from Abraham to Alli. Currently Abraham.

Doing the same with starting Richarlison or Cantwell. Currently, reluctantly, Richarlison.

    Kane leading the poll.

    That is not helping me.

Could go either Salah or Vardy.

One of them will run out of luck :)

A differential is a player that others in your league don't have, their owner percentages don't make a difference in individual leagues.

It doesn't matter if Alli has 50% ownership, he would be a differential if most or all of the players in the person's league don't have him.

At least that's my understanding of a differential player in fantasy footy.

Agreed. In reality, we all want to win our money/friends leagues. Abraham is a large 'differential' in my leagues with friends. Probably moreso than Alli actually.

    Makes sense.

I never really care about the money league and don’t really look at them.

I work on my overall position so I’d be impacted that way.

In fairness you are doing a good job at it... I normally flounder in table before getting a run of luck and finish in around 1-1.5millionth (that's an achievement as far as I'm concerned).

How do you guys even keep tabs on other people ?

I’ve no idea who anyone is and more to the point who their team is.

I think McBain is the only team I recognise and that’s because of his team name which I’ve now forgotten.

Reluctantly giving the armband to Alli....working on the assumption that Spurs will be fired up after the Chelsea game and with Son out, Alli should be slightly more advanced perhaps (??)

Other contenders are Abraham, Richarlison and Lordy

I've switched to Alli. Richarlison starts for me, purely to see if he turns it on to impress Ancelotti.

It’s Dyche I’m really concerned about.

Not sure if the Everton players won’t spend a few games getting used to new ideas.

That’s said I noticed Villa are 3 points above Norwich and may find a defensive performance, that they haven’t recently, to maintain that gap.

I think Richarlison at home is the right call over Cantwell away. Although I expect the game at Villa Park to have a few goals in it.

Going Abraham without any real confidence.

It’s a bit of a mad week for captaincy. I also have Alli, Mane, KDB and Vardy, but I can make a good case against captaining any of them.

I don’t have Kane or Rashford but (I know this will come back to bite me!) neither worry me.

Captain roulette ended up on Salah
