Road Transporting a 27' Sailing Yacht from NI to Cork

Hi Everyone, I'm having a hard time getting a quote under €2000 to road transport a 27' 2500kg Albin Vega Sailing boat from near Belfast to near Bandon in Co Cork. A friend has offered tow it with his VW Amorok if I could even locate a trailer, but not having much luck yet. Just wondering if anyone here had any ideas or…

Hi Everyone,

I'm having a hard time getting a quote under €2000 to road transport a 27' 2500kg Albin Vega Sailing boat from near Belfast to near Bandon in Co Cork.

A friend has offered tow it with his VW Amorok if I could even locate a trailer, but not having much luck yet.

Just wondering if anyone here had any ideas or maybe I just need to suck it up and pay up 😆! (the attached photo is the boat in question!)

Try these https://www.kennedyhaulage.ie/ they know what they are doing and are fair on price, the price can jump depending on you needing a Crain at each end.
