    Is missing from your computer

    I think that a program you are trying to run is missing a dependency library.

    Google search seems to hint that this may be caused by Visual C++.

    Try installing Visual C++ 2015 runtime. (Install both the x86 and x64 version if the x64 version alone doesn’t clear the error.)
