Could anyone recommend a knowledge base (wiki) for a sports team, for information to be shared between management? What I am looking for is an online portal where people can log in, upload documents, create pages, added information, have a calendar etc. Be great if there was an app also for this so could be easily accessible via a mobile phone

Thanks - this is more for bug tracking though.

Any idea of the cost with this? Should have included that cheaper the better!

MediaWiki is free, same software that Wikipedia is hosted on, has lots of extensions.

However, it's not really clear what you're looking for. Are you looking for wiki software that you can install on your own hosting? Or an already-existing website that you can set up your own login(s) on? If it's the latter, you should take a look at teamer.net, it's specifically geared towards sports teams

Boardsie Enhancement Suite - a browser extension to make using Boards on desktop a better experience (includes full-width display, keyboard shortcuts, dark mode, and more). Now available through your browser's extension store.

I have looked at teamer.net but doesn't fulfill all my needs.

I would prefer a already-existing solution if possible, rather than installing on my own hosting.

    Thanks for the suggestions.

    Any others?

teamapp.com? What are your needs? Teamer covers all the requirements in your OP

In what way does it not?
    • people can log in - obviously
    • upload documents - "Docs"
    • create pages - "TeamTalk"
    • added information - ? You can add comments to TeamTalk pages, if that's what you mean
    • have a calendar - "Events"

This app is primarily focused on the player - quality of features not at the standard required, have used it before and found it poor quality and definitely not what I need here.

Are you using Office 365 as you may already have everything there you need to do all this. As somone above noted Sharepoint will work and it has a Wiki which we use at our company for KB and it has 1000's of docs.
