    Hey,

    Might be a long shot..

My wife is currently on a fitness regime which she loves, I would like to bring her for dinner this Friday.

Her diet is protein heavy, shes eating mainly chicken/steak/salmon fillets plus lots of greens and sweet potato. I wouldn't think too much Carbs.

Anyone, recommend a restaurant in Dublin City Center that might cater for something like this?

    Thanks,

Anywhere half decent you go will have that option.

Choose a lean protein like above, ask for lots of fresh veg, steamed if possible, ask to hold back on any oils or butter that adds extra calories. Communicate to the staff your requirements. Request to speak with the chef even.

Or consider the meal a treat, enjoy it and get back on the diet the next day.

Maybe look for a good steak house (sorry don't have a particular recommendation). They usually do nice sides, big salads, greens etc.

    Carbs don't cause weight gain

You can lose fat and eat carbs

Feather blade on Dawson st ticks all these boxes and is very tasty!
