I am looking to purchase a deco m5 mesh system (3 pack) but I am wondering how the main the unit that connects to my eir f2000 router takes over the wireless signal from the router?

I assume you connect via Ethernet and then disable the wireless function on the eir router. Did you get the Deco? I’m curious about picking up a pair.
