Airtech cs250 - key pad

Hi all, been searching but not found anything. Just moved into house. The key pad panel is lit up but when I press any buttons nothing happens at all. FYI the house power went the other day due to ESB fault on the road. Any ideas on how to make the key pad work? Thanks
