I’ve never seen Bosco but he looks like a twat.

I’m going to go with Bosco.

But not for the puppet with the piercing voice, no, I’m voting for those supermarket cartoons, the little mala lads fighting and the creepy tongue twisters with the long necks.

Worzel looked quite disgusting and the only real funny moment came at the end of the credits when his perch falls over with him on it.

The McSpuds. They were my favourite thing in Bosco. I remember trying to convince a friend of mine a few years ago that they existed. SHe had absolutely no memory of them. Then I found this:

Was never really in to either of them when I was a kid, but have grown to appreciate them both later on in life. Would have to go with Danger Mouse because David Jason is a legend (and Only Fools & Horses isn't in the competition, so Danger Mouse is a close as we'll get).
