Can get voluntary hospital to verify my service from 2000 to 2003

Hi! I worked for a voluntary hospital - which is public service pension, but the verification has to come through the voluntary hospital rather than the HSE. I have contacted them numerous times, written, emailed, telephoned, over a period of a year, and got no response. Even contacted the Pension's Ombudsman's Office, but they're not sure if complaint would come under their criteria - what can I do next????
