Not a thrilling week on paper, really the Sunday and Monday night games look a lot better than anything on earlier on Sunday. Rams-Steelers maybe?

    85 - 50 coming in

    Chargers ;Raiders
    Lions @ Bears
    Ravens @ Bengals
    Bills @ Browns
    Chiefs @ Titans
    Falcons ;Saints
    Giants @ Jets
    Cardinals @ Buccaneers
    Dolphins ;Colts
    Panthers ;Packers
    Rams @ Steelers
    Vikings ;Cowboys
    Seahawks ;49ers

There's a few in there that I think are really tough to call. Hoping the Browns can turn the corner this week but that Bills D has been excellent. Just can't see Josh Allen doing enough on the road to get them over the line. Hoping the Bucs can back up what was one of their best performances of the season last week with a win at home. Same for the Giants @ Jets, actually thought they went well against Dallas and Barkley looked fully fit so thinking they'll have too much for the Jets in Meadowlands. You'd have to hope the Jets will bounce back from last weeks horror show but it just may not be enough.

Seahawks - 49ers is probably the pick of the weekend. As awesome as Wilson has been, the Seahawks have been lucky to pull alot of their wins out of the fire so far this season. Huge test for them on the road now against the rampaging 49ers. Similarly the other way round, this is a big chance for the 49ers to lay down a marker against a serious NFC contender.

    89 - 46 coming into this week
Some tasty matchups this week, Pity about SEA/49ERS being on Monday night
TNF should be good as well. Could see it go either way but have a feeling about the Raiders at home.
Giants Jets will be a slop fest, Vikings Cowboys could be good too.

Totally mystified that so many people are going for the bears. I hope ye are right but the Lions have looked so much more competent, especially on offense, than Chicago, i just can't see anything but a win for them.

I'm not going for them as I saw them at close quarters last weekend. And Jesus help us sums up what I saw.

Only 4 of the 14 teams in the early games have a winning season so far, which might be approaching some record.

But even then it's hard to see how the 3-5-1 Cardinals against the 2-6 Bucs was chosen by Sky during the week - does it have much to recommend it?

Chiefs (6-3) at Titans (4-5) looked a more obvious pick with PM returning, or maybe they feel the Chiefs have been overshown.
Perhaps it's just one of those slates where there is no good pick, though I think the one they've chosen would have been my 7th choice (even the NY derby has some lol appeal)

Stafford confirmed out, annoying because it was the pick of the 6pm games. Will probably watch Kansas now.

The eagles are on a bye so it'll definitely be red zone as none of the early games are much to write home about.

Looks like you couldn't give away Bengals tickets, place is empty

Jets have the picture perfect opening drive, expect it to go to complete ****e from here on out!

I can't remember an NFL week I've been less enthusiastic about. I'm watching red zone but I'm still half watching.

Looking at Trubisky play this season, you'd think he was an UDFA. That's how bad he is playing now. The lad can't even hit an open receiver 10 yards away.

Bears start with a three and out.

    Redzone here I come.

Well watching him live last week was eye opening. It's one thing if bears fans are pissed at him(it happens with all teams) but watching him live showed that he's gone backwards badly.

2 drives, 2 TDs! Didnt think it was possible to find a worse team than the Jets after the last few weeks, but the Giants might just be that

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,698 ✭✭✭✭Itssoeasy

What were the browns up to ? Three runs in a row and shock horror the bills stopped them.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,599 ✭✭✭ScrubsfanChris

Browns went for it on 4th&Goal and ending up losing yards :pac:

I know there are always bad teams every season in the NFL but this season there are some god awful football teams this season.

Jesus Christ stop trying to run the ball cleveland. It’s clearly not working.

    TD Bears. Yay.

Bears lead at the half, that's just astonishing all things considered.

    TD Bears. Yay.

Beautiful throw as well, but then on the next play he might ignore an open receiver, overthrow or completely miss wide. So frustrating.

Pineiro has been one of the few bright spots of this season actually. 12/15 on FGs and 15/16 on XPs. Given the pressure he must have felt all off-season and in the first few games, I'll take that after the sh*tshow that was Cody Parkey. Hopefully he keeps it up and improves over the coming seasons.

Maxx Williams' drop earlier has to be up there with one of the worst all year. Absolute killer on a perfectly designed 4th and short play.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,433 ✭✭✭✭thomond2006

I know it's against the Bengals but Lamar is absolute gold.

2 NY teams who are underperforming. As a Giants fan Jones still gives me hope despite Shurmur
