Has anyone any idea what you can put in water to flavour it that’s not bad for your teeth.
I’m not a fan of plain water and I’m struggling to find tooth friendly additives.
My own dentist reckons the dilutes like orange etc are lethal for teeth.
    Thanks

Actual chopped up fruit maybe? I know they have natural sugars too though but you wouldn't need to put loads in to add flavour. A few berries floating around or lime slices etc. I like to freeze them and use them like ice.

If you like cucumber and mint leaves it would be even better because not so much fructose (if any) and freshens breath
