That usually means it's out of stock at the particular store you are looking at. Try changing store to another one nearby (if there's one). Best of luck.

I just reserved a pair there myself pick up on the 1st Nov reservation number and all Unlikely to get them but you never know.

Ive just ordered a pair of these bib shorts and got a confirmation text. They'll be available to collect from Monday 4th Nov. from Drogheda shop.

Similar, got a pair of the bib shorts with confirmation text for collection from 4th Nov from Blanch. Surprised it's so far in the future if it's store stock as otherwise why wouldn't they ship internally or from a warehouse to your preferred store?

Couldn't find anywhere reasonable for the NV3 tights, I think Navan was the nearest that had any availability.

Was in the Kilkenny store yesterday and they had jerseys that I've ordered in the correct size in stock, but not showing as in stock on the website. It looks like their POS system might be a bit iffy. Also, items that were in the online sale are available but at list price.

Got a call from Halfords Blancherstown regarding my reserve and that they were informed by their main warehouse in Coventry that there was no stock available and order would be cancelled. When I said the confirmation text stated that it would not be available for collection until 4th Nov and that website showed availability on Fri for their store but not for others she said she'd keep the order open for now in the expectation that stock might become available.
Anyone else receive similar? Sounds like they're trying to reverse out of their sale price under the guise of no stock availability.

I'd a Blanchardstown reservation for November 2nd and I was told the same (by voicemail) about stock.

I don't think they're reneging on the sale price, rather the website / reservation system couldn't keep up with the demand. That sort of price is either a mistake or to get rid of stock quickly.

I've four orders with collection dates on 31 October, 02 November and 04 November. Not too hopeful of receiving any of them though and not sure why only some stores could receive the stock when it clearly is coming from a warehouse somewhere

Picked up one of the reservations I had made during the week - boardman bib shorts, jersey etc. Decent quality, and a steal for 6 euro each. Also picked up that dark long sleeve Altura thermo jersey in shop - it was out of stock online, but there was one in shop with a marked down price of 61 euro - also 6 at the till.

Cheers CantGetNoSleep just picked up my order jacket,progel bibs shorts and picked up another Jersey and the Altura LS thermal Jersey.

The Altura LS said it was out of stock but when I went in there was one on the rack with no sales tag. I asked at the till and it scanned at €6 so happy days.

I'd recommend people go into the stores as theres all sorts on the racks and be sure to look at the items as some are in rag order clearly buried down the back for years.

Glad a lot of people got sorted. My order arrived to the store for pickup - a Boardman rain jacket and removable sleeve jacket for 11 each (total saving 114 euro), an Altura and a Boardman jersey for 6 each (total saving 78 euro) and two pairs of Altura bibs for 6 each (total saving 130 euro). So paid 46€ for stuff with an RRP of 368€!

Also forgot that I had ordered the Lezyne light on here a few weeks ago

I ordered an Altura jacket for €12 and a pair of clear glasses for €6 last week from Halfords Coolock. Got a call a short while later that the glasses were out of stock - no worries I thought.
Went to pick up the jacket an hour ago and lo and behold the glasses were there for me. Happy days!

I spent a good while trying to find anywhere that had any stock any it seems that most items just aren’t available for click and collect.

I managed to reserve 2 of the grey Boardman jerseys in navan(!) and had someone look in my local store and I picked me up 2 jackets and a pair of thermal bib tights (all Boardman) for 18 quid.

I think at this stage the only deals to be found are actually in store!

I "ordered" click-n-collect a pair of Boardman MTB shorts @ €6, happy days - I got the confirmatory SMS on Sunday then nothing.........silence.
When I called in to the local store, they had the shorts in stock alright, but not in my size, and all were scanning at just a 20% discount, so €35-ish compared to the €6 online. I dunno......

Picked mine up yesterday, after getting the call on Monday afternoon. Half the order was there, the guy had to go rooting for the other half, couldn't find one jersey, which I had spotted out on the floor! Seemed a total mess, and he said he had put the order together on Monday, and someone had split it out back! That was Carrickmines.

Anyway, happy out. A top and convertible jacket from Santa for my youngest, 2 tops and the progel shorts for me - €31.50 with the Axa discount.

As of yesterday lunchtime, Carrickmines had very little left discounted - larger sizes* and women specific tops in jackets and jerseys, and (non-bib) shorts and mtb shorts. However, given it seems to be pot luck if they actually keep your order together, if you were in the shopping hellhole anyway, I'd have a look.

*starting off getting back in shape Macy would've been sorted actually, as iirc plenty of XL and XXL stuff!

I had ordered something in the Kilkenny store when I first posted this & it was still held away when I collected it today.

Still a few Boardman jerseys and a lot of the Ridge stuff there. Also a few things that were discounted on the site but not marked down in store so might be worth seeing what they scan at (long sleeve Boardman and Altura jerseys)

Picked up one of the Boardman tops with swappable sleeves today. One of the orange sleeves couldn't be found so it was reduced by a further 50%, €4.95 in total with the AXA discount

Now if only they hadn't cancelled the shorts on me...

I hadn't received any phone call, I wasn't optimistic.

If it's any consolation the altura bib shorts aren't all that great looking the materials a bit shiney for my liking but they'll be grand for under the MTB shorts.

They looked a bit short in the leg, but then I'm finding I'm between sizes in most brands tbh

Not to bad in the length just not as good as some of the the other bibs I had the material isn't as thick (probably the wrong word) as other shorts and the gripper isn't as well finished but for the price they're grand.

Having been told the other day the order was cancelled, I got another call yesterday that it was in for collection (Waterford) so picked up the shorts after work. I've shifted a bit of padding over the summer so sized down from what I usually do (aka went for the size I'd go for in normal clothes). Wore them for the commute this morning and they were quite comfy, but sizing is quite cosy - not so much in the body but they're quite compact in the body length and the grippers were seriously tight to the extent that it sounded like a few stitches went when I pulled them up. Still no complaints for €6 but wouldn't have fancied paying €70+ for them.

So to anybody with an order still outstanding, it's probably worth chasing up the relevant store
