How come, after Admitting to Fraudulently casting Multiple votes in the Dail, is our Glorious Leader still in charge?

Surely this is a criminal act?

If us lesser mortals cast multiple votes in any election or referendum we would be in serious trouble for it!

So how come Leo Varadkar gets to do it?

Surely you need to learn a bit about the law before making such statements....

not sure about criminal but Article 15 of the constitution says all questions in each house (of the Oireachtas) shall be determined by a majority of votes by members present and voting.

so pressing someone else button who is in the chamber probaly isnt breaking the constitution, however if they arent in the room then its a different matter.

although whats the legal position in term of criminality for braking part of the constitution ???
