Anyone criticising her intelligence is a sad and bitter twisted little freak.

And you are basing this on?

    Nothing obviously

Just an unnecessary dig by the OP hoping for a bite. Job dunne I suppose rolleyes.png

The fact that she was a woman isn't really important either but I mentioned that. The fact that she was (relatively) young isn't important either and yet that was mentioned. The fact the article mentioned she was a socialist and I mentioned that too is somehow a "dig".

    Fair enough

Nothing. They're just being antagonistic for the craic.

It isn't antagonistic to describe people laughing at a young woman's death as sad bitter little freaks.

    It's a statement of fact.

    Two different things.

A candidate for the 2019 Darwin Award.

I feel like since the Millenial generation came along and started leaving mammy's home there's almost too many candidates, no guarantee she'll be shortlisted.

What, in the article about sticking her head out of a moving train, suggested she was intelligent?

    Ever make a mistake dunne?

You'd swear no one here ever did anything stupid for a laugh while under the influence of drink.

I agreed that it was distasteful to gloat or joke about the accidental death of this woman, but recognising the culpability and stupidity of her actions wasn't.

You said that anyone who criticised her intelligence is a sad bitter twisted freak and the whole conversation should be shut down, presumably because we all don't promote the "fact" that this woman was moral, pretty and intelligent.

She was a university student and presumably was quite intelligent.

    Big assumption there tbh.

Absolutely. And I accept full responsibility for them. Thankfully, none of my mistakes have as of yet resulted in any fatalities.

    What is your point?

But how thick would you need to be to put your head out the window of a moving train. It's incredible really that they could blame the signage for someone's idiocy.

In all fairness that's beyond stupid, beyond recklessness

I think The Dunne's point is about the claim that there was inadequate warning about the danger.

Nobody's happy that she died though.
