Transgender agenda?

Just to preface that this isn't a transphobic post. I'm LGBT myself but I do agree with David Icke and his thoughts on the transgender agenda where even kids the age of 4 are questioning their gender.

Given how incredibly tiny the population of people who are transgeder is, why are laws being made to accommodate a tiny percent of the population? He says a few things.

1.) It's done to test the population's compliance by making them accept an ideology.

2.) it's done to make blur facts and create a sort of 1984 scenario in the future

3.) It's done in preparation for the next step of humans connecting with artifical intelligence

All these seem plausible to me. What do you think?

Some laws are made to protect minorities...like those of different races or sexuality. No conspiracy here!

Is this part of David Icke's theory that all governments are controlled by transdimensional/alien lizard people?

Gender pay gap is real? Even thou its illegal to pay employees less based on gender?

Just shows that all these big companies don't really care about making profit as apparently they could hire women only and pay less for the same work.

So you are saying that companies are paying women less than men and they are hoping that no one will catch on? Hoping that the millions of women in employment won't find out? Is this what you are saying?

And if they were to find out they would be able to to sue and destroy the company since what the company is doing is illegal.

And since it was in the papers every second day for about 18 months let's hope no women find out.

The gender pay gap is real but the gap accounts for the times women are off due to periods and pregnancies....shocking I know

HAHAHA. This reads like "I'm not racist, but I agree with the KKK and his thoughts on the ****** agenda".

When did you become LGBT? When you were 21? Or are you calling the pot black?

Those big companies sure are lucky that there isn't some sort of record kept of the payments they give people, and that their legal teams don't mind breaking the law, they sure are sneaky buggers.

There is a record. They are paying women less. It currently ranges from an average of 6% to 20% in Europe. It's only catching up now due to recent laws, e.g. last year BBC female presenters found out they were earning significantly less than their male counterparts. They took action, and won. Women are taking action on this. So the gap is now closing.

Behaviour that has existed for centuries doesn't "change overnight", regardless of the law.

The 6%- 20% is based on the median pay, and I honestly can't believe that any person with more than 7 brain cells would think that is proof. It does not compare same work/experience.

And the example you gave of the BBC is a terrible example. Those presenters all have their own agents and can negotiate their wages. The male presenters were not paid the same amount they were payed as much as they could possibly squeeze out of the BBC.

It is illegal to pay less to.women based on their gender, how is this hard to understand. I mean we live in a country where.solicitors hang out in A+E looking for people they to represent. Imagine how easy it would be if women were actually getting paid less on their gender, and all the paperwork there to prove it.

Why aren't Man United women's team getting paid as much as the man United men's team? Suppose that's gender pay gap? Smart move would be to fire all the.male players and employ all the female players, save a fortune on wages.

Your entire argument is based on personal incredulity. They haven't "made an error" based on not understanding medians or statistics.

Pay is confidential, these laws are only recent. Gender pay gap is a thing.

So the gender pay gap is invented by the lizard people, along with the idea of transgender people?

The whole conversation of lgbtq teachings to children so young they have been in a nappy for more of there life than what they haven’t just seems very sickening to me.
No pole was ever taken, nobodies opinion that I know of, or have ever spoken to either in real life or on the internet was ever asked.
And yet, it will not only change the face of school teachings for all of our children forever, but it will also all but delete the male, female identity for all of us.
Toilet signs, men and women clothes shops, children’s books, existing books that have been used in school libraries will have to be thrown out, and the Mr and Mrs you see on your letters through the door. Gone.

And if you make any attempt to fight against it, guess what, you will be labeled as insulting, bias, and frowned upon by everyone else, probably arrested, fined, or thrown in jail.

I feel sick to my stomach.

Cool beans. What research have you done on the matter and what are your qualifications exactly?

What makes you more knowledge than anyone who says the gender pay gap is a thing?
Cause it seems that its just all based on your personal incredulity and a pretty simplistic view that companies and people always follow the law to the letter.

Also what is the conspiracy theory here then if it isnt the lizard people proposed by Icke?

This all sounds very silly and dramatic.
What research is it based on or is it all based on your personal experience?
How many transgender people have you personally talked to about the issue?

Must be that women have conspired to dupe men into believing there is a gender pay gap, fudged the stats so they can be paid the same..

or the eternal, "my opinion is worth more than your fact"

    Well if the possibilities are
    a) a massive decades long global conspiracy of dubious logic...
    Or
    b) they are just wrong about a complicated issue..

Obviously it has to be option a.

Silly but it’s true, it’s happening in America right now, and if it takes off I promise you it will spread. I was informed by a gender fluid guy on twitter who backed it up with enormous amounts of credible data about the whole thing and it is truly terrifying.

Why the hell such a small minority as the lgbtq hold so much power of government, I just can’t work it out.

Fair enough I understand your lack of knowledge, it’s not happening here yet. But it will. Governments back down to there demands no matter how crazy, because they want to be seen as understanding and fare to all.

When really they are only being fare to them, and sod everyone else

I have no idea what your on about with the lizard thing or who icke is, my sole contribution to the conspiracy section in had past has been to ask if Bigfoot caused 9/11.

My opinion on the 'gender pay gap' is based on the fact that I don't get my info from the daily mail or Facebook posts.

For the gender pay gap to exist it would mean that the biggest companies in the world don't care about maximizing profit, as they could simply employ only female employees and pay less.

If the gender pay gap did exist then any single woman involved could sue and it would be a simple gender discrimination case with all the paperwork there to prove it, this is compo culture Ireland, how many companies are going under from 100s of lawsuits against them?

Discrimination exists in all forms, I went to NUIG which has a reputation for sexist promotion policies, some of which are laughable in how blatant they were BUT there is a big difference between real sexist discrimination and using the median method to try and prove something which doesn't exist.

"The median gender pay gap is calculated by listing all male and female employees’ wages from highest to lowest and comparing the number that sits in the middle for each gender.

The difference in salary between those two people is the pay gap figure. This doesn’t account for age, previous experience of differences in job roles, but it’s still viewed as the most representative calculation, given that the mean gender pay gap figures can be skewed if there are some particularly highly paid employees. Hence, the median gender pay gap is the figure that is more widely reported"

Take Ryanair for example, they report a big gender pay gap even thou all their pilots are payed the same, ground workers the same and air hostess staff the same.

The big gender pay gap is created because they have a much higher proportion of male pilots and when the median is used this shows a big gender pay gap which is great for headlines such as

"Ryanair reveals worst gender pay gap in airline industry"

    https://www.theguardian.com/business/2018/apr/03/ryanair-reveals-worst-gender-pay-gap-airline-industry

"Only eight of Ryanair’s 554 UK-based pilots are female, while women make up more than two-thirds of the low-paid cabin crew"

Using the median, in this instance, you are saying that if a male piliot is paid more than a female cabin crew member then it is an example of a gender pay gap. It doesnt compare like with like.

And Michael o Leary is a cnut and only cares about profit if he could get away with paying women less there wouldn't be a single male employed.

    Oh man.

One variable, the median pay between men and women = gender pay gap
Multiple variables (same experience, same occupation, education level, etc, etc) between men and women = gender pay gap

Both generally have a gap in favor of men. The former naturally has a higher spread than the latter.

In some certain cases, women out-earn men. It all depends on what stats are taken into account.

On aggregate, across all countries (so far), women are paid less. That doesn't mean that e.g. female McDonald's workers are literally making less than male McDonald's workers

    Gender pay gap

Ok, since you have no qualifications relevant to the issue, could yoy detail what reading up you did. Which books did you read on the topic?
Have you talked to any transgender people about the issue at all?

As for the lizard people thats a question for the original poster as they are the ones who are hanging their opinion on David Ickes stance on the issue.

Leftists are trying to make children responsible for their sexuality so they can lower the age of consent
It's wrong and the people behind it should face mob justice

OP, I study horses for a living. Weigh up the pros and cons like jig saw puzzle. I read over your non-sense posts, which to the majority seems like you're an irritating young person. And, my first impression is exactly that. However, after looking at your posts it seems you want peoples blessings about YOUR actual life. A word of advice, don't ask people here, most are foolish young people with whack personalities and others are just off the wall. If your gay/lesbian/transgender etc.. see a doctor and take advice.

I know you will say what am I talking about, but from your posts about 'bad skin' and your other posts, seems you need to talk. Do it with a professional, not here, trust me.

    Good luck

    Gender pay gap

This is it in a nutshell. There is no pay gap, it's more accurately called an earnings gap. Do women (on average) get paid less than men?......Yes, but the reasons for that are varied and complex, not because of some deep-rooted sexism. Using it as a stick to beat the other side with or to force through ACTUAL sexist hiring/payment policies is ludicrous beyond belief.

I've posted this before, but here it is again:

If employers were able to get away with paying women less for the same work a man could do, don’t you think they’d be hiring women left, right and centre and favouring them over male candidates?

What exists is more of an earnings gap than a pay gap. Men, as a group, earn more than women.

This doesn’t mean there is some inherent bias where women are paid less than their male colleagues who are carrying out the same work. It just means a lot of engineers are male and a lot of nurses are female.***

You might question why that is the case, but usually articles on the matter go nowhere near addressing such an issue. There was a study last year by the women’s institute that calculated the actual pay gap to be closer to 4% or something like that.

Does anybody think that women who work for Aer Lingus are paid as much, on average, as the men who work for Aer Lingus? Do you think that they should be paid the same, regardless of whether they are in charge of the personal safety of the entire aircraft or if they are in charge of asking whether you want chicken or fish? I’m exaggerating to hammer home the point here, but this is the basis of an earnings gap.

    Here’s a scenario:
Imagine a company of 200 people. 50 male scientists and 50 female scientists, each earing €100k. The rest of the staff is made up of ancillary work like cleaners, security guards, receptionists, typists etc. By some quirk, every one of those people is paid exactly the same, say €30k, regardless of job, religion or sex.

This is the very definition of an equal pay workforce. All men and women are paid the same as their colleagues doing the same job, whether they are scientists or cleaners.

If the ancillary staff are made up of 20 men and 80 women though, this skews the reading of the statistics. All of a sudden, the men in that company earn an average of €80k per year while the women only take home an average that is less than €57k.

    40% Paygap, outta nowhere.

The irony is that to correct this imbalance, the correct thing to do would be to fire 30 women and hire the same number of men in their place.

    How’s that for equality?

***Overly simplistic and flawed, but you get what I mean

Just to add, and not to veer too much off topic again, but it's important to note that submitting company data regarding male/female pay is now mandatory in certain countries. They have been able to delve into the stats, far beyond a simplistic "reading" of those stats, and there is an aggregate difference in pay between men and women, even when they add variables (such as same occupation, experience, age, location, etc). Up to 17 variables in certain cases. Again it's not uniform, in certain circumstances women out-earn men, but overall it's the opposite

This is the exact thing that I posted about above, only in reverse. All the cushy middle management and office jobs are filled by women. All the OT and shift work posts (cleaners and nightlink staff) are filled by men. Ironic that it's considered 'encouraging' when women are seen to be the beneficiaries.

Only 4% of the bus-drivers are female. There's a higher proportion of women in the higher paying administrative roles. Simple maths will tell you that women in that company should, on average, be earning more. But that isn't the case.
