    Hi
Since buying this phone 2 weeks and swapping the sim over from an iPhone XS Max
When I make a call I can hear the person ok , but most of the time my end sounds like a robot talking and garbage speaking !
Sometimes after a few secs of taking it clears up , then comes back
I haven’t contacted eir yet , and was hoping firmware updates would resolve the issue ,
WhatsApp calls are all fine , just network calls seems to be the issue
All data is working fine also
Could this be a sim issue
Pretty sure I have the same sim from
iPhone 7plus to iPhone XS Max and now to iPhone pro max

Nothing at all got to do with your phone.
Sir has been a disaster the last 3 months or so.

When it works, they are fantastic but lately I’m dropping calls 50% of the time, I recently swapped from X to the 11 Pro and it was no difference.

I changed my sim card which I haven’t done since the iPhone 7 and that helped a bit.
But I can assure you, no phone update will fix this, it’s a network issue.
