Boris Johnson's bridge from Scotland to Ireland 'feasible' - National Geographic experts I thought that was fairly obvious. Of course its possible but would you stomach the costs? There are very few projects that technically are not possible. Most of it comes down to money. You got any good ones?

Large-scale renewable energy schemes (mass solar panels, tidal generation etc. ) fall into the 'could do, but too expensive' category. Might change as carbon taxes rise though.

Nuclear fusion power is the classic 'can't do at any price'. Decades of investment, yet still nothing practical.
