Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Prize Bonds - Lost Certificate

Hi Guys, Looking to cash in my prize bonds but can't find the certificate to get the relevant bond numbers and details. I see that sending an application to down to Kerry by post will get me a replacement document. But if I shoot an email to them would they give me just the required details for repayment? Thanks

They will want a signature - type up your instructions, print it, sign it, photo it and send the photo to prizebonds@fexco.com

^^ It is one of the most frustrating processes I have ever had the 'pleasure' of having to use. I thought it might have just a once off but I have had to contact them a number of time over the years and by gosh they are infuriating to deal with. Be warned!
