    There isn't much cryptic about it, Babs has apparently given someone a bullet which will shoot Phil, there was reference to a delay but no timeframe given and a couple of days are possible so therefore we should hold off lynching Phil seems to be the bizarre consensus

    My understanding is that when Babs said "someone", she meant the mods. She's given the mods the name, but (for some reason) decided to say it in a "flavourful" way, leading to some confusion.

    Ok thanks, that was extremely not clear

    A million questions but how does Barbara know this person will shoot Phil?
    Did she get to pick? If she did they why didn’t she just shoot it herself?
    If she didn’t then what’s to stop this other person from going “well I like Phil, I’m going to shoot Barbara”?
