Losing weight now vegetarian

    I've been vegetarian for 6 months now and can feel my clothes are looser on me. I've working out at least 3 times per week (45 mins each, resistance training). Is it possible I'm losing muscle mass?

    If you're losing weight it's possible you're losing muscle mass cos you're in a caloric deficit
