Can anyone recommend someone who would help with interview coaching/preparation in Limerick city or county?

I don’t have links to either service provider but both have been recommended to me from people that have availed of their services. CVPRO probably cheaper but both services probably north of 100 bucks. Good luck.

Thanks, never thought they'd be that expensive.

Has anyone else any experience of using the above 2? Would they recommend them? Or any other recommendations of interview coaches in Limerick or neighbouring counties?

I know this may be an unorthodox option but have a look at an Instagram account called PaddyJobsman. He gives out excellent career advice and may give you some good insight into interview prep.

If the person is unemployed, in receipt of jobseekers allowance and engaging with Turas Nua the Limerick Employment Service (LES) offers a broad range of job application assistance, free of charge. Tait Business Centre, Dominick Street, Limerick.

His advice works in a modern world whereas much advice that is offered by agencies and the like are rather outdated. His advice really helps even just getting the interview which, these days, in a digital world is often the hardest part. Getting passed an AI system, like applying with Workday, means more work on your application. His videos are really helpful, he's also on Linkedin.

I dunno, face to face interviews are still very important and I used to be terrible at them, which is odd because I'm usually fine to speak to strangers or groups.

I bit the bullet and went to a place in Dublin, Carr communication, and frankly they were excellent. Only about 2 hours long but really highlighted one key area i was falling down in and a few areas I could be better in. Never struggled in interviews since, though since doing the session I haven't moved gigs as much either. It's a skill worth investing in, imo.
