Recommend an exercise bike

    Hi Guys.

    I've taken along break from gym stuff like running and spinning due to experiencing issues with my back because of degenerative disc disease. I was a keen gym goer

    Part of what the specialist has recommended is to get back to the gym and loosen up my back. He recommend spinning/cycling and core work and stay away from running.

    Id like to do some of the cycling/spinning at home but not sure what machine to buy. I want something that will give me training exercises e.g mountain climb etc

    my budget is 1000 euro

    If you have €1000 to spend I'd give a look at the rouge echo assault bike.

    I have a Proform CSX 325 Recumbent bike...

    Couldn’t recommend enough. If you have back trouble I’d not recommend spinning bike that might cause problems as they all seem to come without back support from what I can see and are generally not comfy machines.

    Guys probably a stupid question but I presume if you're buying a spinning bike from the likes of Argos you have to assemble it yourself?

    Is there much involved in assembling them? Does it come as mostly assembled already and all that's required is like installing the the seat and handbar?

    From previous experience with Argos, it'll come in as many pieces as it takes to get it into the smallest box they can.
