ptz or bullet camera

    Hi
    I'm building a house at present and want to keep an eye on the site and the yard.

    I have an elevated point where I can mount the camera, and there is power close by.
    I have WIFI in the house, and should be able to get it across to the sheds with a plug in unit that goes into the electrical socket.
    so I have all the necessaries in place.

    I'm looking for either a PTZ, or two bullet type cameras. these will be mounted outdoors.
    I will need a recorder also.
    the bit I don't get is do I need to have a host IP address where the data is stored, and how is that setup?
