Ironman training programme 2020

Anyone willing to recommend a training programme for Ironman late next summer? I'd rather not go down the coach route. I have completed 1 IM 4 years ago and 5 half's since. I would classify myself as average at all 3 disciplines.

If you want a free very prescribed plan, why not go with Don Fink, lots of them floating around on Excel.
