    Has your planning been granted because you can expect them to return the courtesy, even if it has been granted, they'll be watching that you stick to exactly what's been granted.

    Thanks to everyone who replied as I've already said I won't be objecting and will just keep the blinds closed if were still in the house by the time the neighbour's house is finished
