I have been doing an 8 week course that is now over and due to work constraints, I am limited to doing exercise at home for the next while.

I am looking to do 2/3 evenings per week of exercise in form of weights/strength training coupled with 2 runs per week ( currently do 10k runs)

I have got dumbbells up to 15kg.

What exercises would you recommend I do? Any ideas welcome!

A pull-up bar is great for upper body. You can do variations that emphasise different muscle groups. There are a million things you can do with resistance bands, too.

Dumbbell squats, Dumbbell dead lift , combined dumbbell squat and press are all good compound exercises. Even a "simple" bodyweight squat if you did them regularly would be pretty good. There are probably a bunch of press-up, plank "variations from hell" if you have a mind to

I started doing this a few weeks back:

Pretty straightforward and not much equipment needed apart from a pull up bar really.

Yes the Reddit recommended BW routine is fantastic. I would always encourage people to get a pull up bar or if you can some gymnastic rings. The one tool if I had to pick only one item to cover the entire upper body that would be it. 15kg dumbells will be good for isolation work but will get too easy for compound movements very quickly.
