Virgin Media Hub 3.0 - Partial Service (DS only)

    Hi all,

    yesterday I accidentally tripped into the coax cable, it disconnected from the wall plug but I quickly reconnected it: since then the Hub keeps saying [Partial Service (DS only)] in the Internet status and the download has dropped from 240mb+ to 5-10mb.

    I tried to reset the Hub a couple of time, put it in Modem mode but the situation is unchanged.

    Can I get in touch with some Virgin Media rep?
