I've lost value on Jota and Wood already. Plus I need to get rid of Tielemans at some stage.

    Big decisions to make.

58 all out though. Decent enough week especially as Kane blanked for others. My big guns of Salah, Sterling and KDB ... plus Cantwell doing the business.

Ritchie ends up with more points than kane. This fantasy football is... I don’t know.

I'd be v happy with that.

    So would i
No really big scores so even a solitary Kane goal and I’d have been fine

Now a big decision to be made
How smart/stubborn do I want to be
Sterling and pukki in to minimize damage
Or aguero and Maddison (or mount ) in

City having Norwich gw5 is kind of putting me off pukki but I could WC gw 4 anyway even though lookin at team and fixtures I don’t think I need to even if my points total isn’t hectic !

Ritchie was much better than Kane so for once fantasy reflects the real game

56 all out...could have captained KDB, Sterling, Martial, Salah or Pukki but I chose Kane...

Had Son as captain and Pope, ****ing over the moon

    58 (-4)

Happy with that but disappointed with captain Kane’s blank and Pope’s last-minute concession.

    40.

    Absolute sh*te.

    41. One third of those points being captain Sterling. Grand total of 4 in defence. Holy god, horrific.

I got 99 in GW1 so that's all that's keeping me afloat in the table.

    WC is very very tempting.

    Full preseason planning
    3 weeks in
    1.4 million OR

    Captaining Son went well!

I might just write off the season and have some fun with the wildcard :)

    61.

Pope conceding hurt, especially as I benched Heaton, but have to be happy with that score this week.

Deciding not to bring in Kane and captain him gained me 20 points :)

68 all out seems to be alot better than I thought it would judging by a few in here. Time to say adios to Ricky

    41 - 450k OR

    Kane (C) fail

Sterling, Salah and Martial the only ones to do something

    WC on the cards

some credit has to go to Newcastle - looked really fit and defended well. Typical backs-to-the-wall Steve Bruce performance. Lascelles at 4.5 could be worth a look

Looking like 43 points, very close to a Pope clean sheet, ah well :) Bye bye Kane

    48

Kane Bilva and premium defenders who aren't TAA. I'm narrowing my eyes at you.

    45 (-4)

Kane captain and Pope in goals with Heaton on the bench, sickened doesn't even begin to discribe how I feel.

My team is in ribbons, going to WC. Go with the big guns and whatever the change left gets me. Spend little on defence, no points to be had there. Shaping up to be a boring season, template team all round.

    55

Wildcard only cost me 8 points, which is better than usual. Happy with my squad and just waiting for the big points to roll in.

    70 (-4)

    Defence basically blanked.

    DDG - 1
    AWB - 0
    VVD - 2
    Zinchenko - 2

Had Martial (c), Salah, McGinn and Ceballas

Up front was Pukki, Aguero and Vardy.

A good GW but keeping Salah as Captain would have been another 10 points and had Lascelles on bench for 6.

    86 would have been class

Looking at trying to get Cantwell and or Harry Wilson in over next few weeks

68 sees me go from 137k to 29k. Very happy, but need to show Bilva and Robinson the door soon.

Finish on 57. Happy enough with that. Main disappointment was getting my 50/50 call of Lundstram over Wilson wrong. I seem to always pick the wrong option in these cases. I might have to do a George Costanza and start picking the opposite of what my instinct tells me.

44(-4), not great and think I'll WC this week now, was gonna wait till international break but lots of players with bad fixtures next week and few flags as well

from just outside top 30k to outside top 600k . I know drops are much more dramatic at the start of the season still ouch

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,676 ✭✭✭✭SlickRic

    58 gets me from 1.3m to 730k.

Tough first few weeks, but gutting it out for now. WC getting itchy, but don't think it's quite worth it yet.

Selling Vardy for Rashford cost me 8 points so very happy with 62 this week.

I have moved the exact opposite direction
Still gonna hold off on WC though
    But
I really really need a good week cos I know from experience that no matter what anyone says a bad start makes the rest of the season very difficult. I got off to a great start last season.Took no hits until after Xmas and even then very few. Kept it nice and steady even if it felt a little boring.
I have already taken one hit to even be in this poor position. Another incoming. If it doesn't work out then I am chasing harder, taking more risks........
    Need a good week

70 points, no hits. Ranked 14,500 overall.

Captain Salah & Kane blanking was ideal for me as a non-Kane owner.

Still very happy with my 13 players with the only changes to be made to my team is either Jota or Ben Johnson out to bring in a cheap cheap defender or 3rd choice striker.
