Connecting CD player or anything with line output to Sonos speakers

Hi, I have a CD player and Keyboard with the usual phono and line out. I also have a bunch of Sonos 3 speakers in the same room. I was wondering is there any gizmo I can but to connect these audio devices to sonos speakers? Note: I know the Sonos 5 has a line in. But this is not an option.
