    McCloskey's Honey & Spelt is lovely. I buy it in a local supermarket but Dunnes normally stock it as well. Have found Aldi multiseed is ok too but the slices are tiny!

    If you have a Natural Bakery Company nearby, their Sourdough Spelt is gorgeous. It needs to be ordered online 24 hours in advance but I order a few at a time, have it sliced in the shop when I'm collecting it and freeze it.
