    Sorry, I can't remember as the interview was over 4 months ago. Think through what makes you an expert in communications and have the competencies to match what's required of the role and job spec.

    Did mine last year (was high up in OOM), so can’t remember specific questions. I do remember it was competency based and there was four on the interview board. One specific question they asked me was “do you have any experience managing social media accounts?”. I gave a direct answer to direct question instead of giving a STAR answer so my learning there was always give a STAR answer. I failed the interview (was my first experience of doing such an interview) but learned loads from it and have since made it on to other panels.
